Every so often I come across a company that does such amazing work that I have to write about it. For my son’s 3rd birthday party on July 3rd, we wanted a one of a kind cake made for his birthday and to honor the July 4th holiday. We hired Sunshine Cake Design in Port St. Lucie and left the design up to their creative imagination. You should have seen the looks on our faces when the cake was finished! Holy Guacamole it was a work of art! The owners of Sunshine Cake Design, Jesse and Renee, make artisan cakes for weddings, parties, events and the designs are incredibly detailed. These ladies should be on the TV show Cake Boss!
